HOME RENOVATION IN PIOVE DI SACCO

KITCHEN

This important renovation project redefines the living space by placing visual continuity and a sense of absolute airiness at its center. The absolute protagonist of the environment is the Lago kitchen, characterized by a completely wall-mounted design that defies gravity and frees up the floor, enhancing the perception of space.

The project thrives on a refined material and chromatic contrast, meticulously calibrated:

• Glossy Clay Glass: covers the wall units and the imposing column wardrobe on the right. The glossy finish reflects natural light and the spectacular classic chandelier, creating an ideal bridge between tradition and ultra-modernity.
• Matte Calacatta Gold XGlass: a revolutionary technology that transfers the warm and precious veins of marble onto glass, used for the suspended bases and the backsplash, adding a touch of discreet luxury and extreme ease of cleaning.
• Natural Wildwood Oak Wood: the warmth of lived-in, ancestral wood signs the wall-mounted snack counter and storage details, warming up the environment and creating a perfect balance with the coldness of glass and marble.
• Spectacular LED Lighting: to emphasize the magical sense of lightness of the floating furniture, we integrated a system of LED strips under the bases and under the suspended columns. This soft light creates an elegant luminous cut that detaches the volumes from the floor, amplifying the suspension effect and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the evening hours.
• Excellence Appliances: the kitchen integrates technological solutions by Smeg, perfectly recessed to preserve the cleanliness of the lines.

The dining area dialogues magnificently with the kitchen block through iconic pieces of Italian design: in the center of the room stands the Butterfly table by Cattelan Italia, a masterpiece of geometric sculpture supporting a light glass top, surrounded by the elegant and enveloping Vela model chairs/armchairs by Bonaldo in coordinated fabric. An intervention that demonstrates how a careful renovation can transform a living area into an authentic gallery of contemporary elegance.

LIVING

The design continuity of this renovation is fully revealed in the living area, where the sensation of airiness and floating elegance of the kitchen finds its natural continuation. Every element has been designed to enhance light and challenge the perception of volumes, creating a sophisticated and deeply welcoming lounge.

The living room is articulated through iconic furnishings arranged in perfect balance:

• Lago Air Sofa with Double Chaise: the true center of relaxation. Characterized by its unmistakable modular design, it seems to float in the environment thanks to the almost invisible tempered glass legs. The configuration with two chaise lounges offers maximum comfort and conviviality, integrating perfectly with the textile warmth of the cushions and the classic-style rug.
• Lago Materia TV Unit: a linear and rigorous wall-mounted cabinet, made of dove grey glass. This neutral and refined nuance elegantly dialogues with the surrounding color palette, maintaining absolute visual clarity beneath the screen.
• 36e8 Glass Wall Cabinets: positioned next to the TV, these transparent glass wall cabinets become true display cases for precious objects. The integrated mirror back and the sophisticated LED lighting create a magical interplay of reflections and depth, transforming the cabinet into a spectacular focal point.
• LondonArt Wallpaper: providing a theatrical backdrop to the TV area, a spectacular wallpaper by LondonArt featuring stylized macro-vegetal motifs in desaturated tones. A high-level decorative detail that gives personality, texture, and a touch of contemporary nature to the wall.

BEDROOM

The journey inside this stunning renovation concludes in the master bedroom, an oasis of relaxation where contemporary design dialogues with classical accents and high-quality textures. In this room as well, the guiding thread is the play of reflections and the artisanal care of detail.

The bedroom stands out for a selection of refined furnishings with a strong visual impact:

• La Falegnami Wardrobe and Nightstand Set: the true protagonists of the space. Both the imposing sliding-door wardrobe and the matching nightstands are crafted in decorated smoked glass. This warm, mirror-like finish not only visually expands the room's volumes by reflecting the light from the classic chandelier, but also introduces a textured pattern that adds depth and a sense of discreet, timeless luxury.
• Twils Sail Bed: characterized by a high, soft, and slightly curved headboard that embraces rest like a protective sail. Upholstered in a textured fabric in warm grey/beige tones, the bed integrates the intelligent A-Box system, a high-capacity storage unit that combines aesthetic excellence with maximum space-saving functionality.
• Adriani&Rossi Wallpaper: providing a scenic backdrop for the bed's headboard, a stunning artistic wallpaper by Adriani&Rossi. The design, which evokes the timeless charm of frescoes and classical statuary, gives the entire room a strong theatrical personality and a refined, sophisticated elegance, beautifully complementing the golden details and period paintings.

A masterful bedroom project, where La Falegnami's craftsmanship blends with Twils' textile elegance and Adriani&Rossi's decorative flair, offering an intimate, warm environment with undeniable charm.
